Tyco International Ltd., the biggest maker of security systems and electronic connectors, said yesterday that the Securities and Exchange Commission's division of corporation finance had completed its review of the company's filings. Tyco, which is based in Bermuda, said it was notified Thursday of the review's completion. Tyco and its former executives remain under investigation by the S.E.C.'s enforcement division, the company said in a statement. In July, Tyco restated quarterly results back to 1998 after the S.E.C. requested that the statements be changed. Shares of Tyco rose 22 cents, to $18.36.
