2 documents prepared by CIA concerning meeting between former CIA Dir Gen R E Cushman and E H Hunt in July '71, at which Hunt was supplied with false identity papers and other disguises to aid him in planned break-in at office of D Ellsberg's former psychiatrist Dr L J Fielding, are turned over to defense attys at Pentagon papers trial by Fed Dist Judge W M Byrne Jr; detailed list of CIA equipment provided to Hunt is also released; repts on Aug 26 that unnamed CIa agent abruptly ordered technical personnel to cease helping Hunt 'because his requests had gone beyond the original understanding'; says agent reptd that Hunt's activities appeared to involve agency's domestic clandestine operations; says agent told findings to Cushman who called White House official and explained agency could not meet 'kind of requests Mr hunt was levying'; white House offical said that he would 'restrain' Hunt, and document says since Aug 27 '71, neither Cushman nor CIA agent had any further contact with Hunt on subject; recording equipment reptdly proved to be unusable because CIA had provided Hunt with equipment for 'overt' not 'clandestine' recording in belief that he would be interviewing defectors; prosecutors in Pentagon case rest their rebuttal case against Ellsberg and Russo and Byrne dismisses jury until May 14 while legal arguments are heard; Byrne says he hopes to rule on May 10 on defense's motions for dismissal and motion that defense will argue then for directed verdict of acquittal; says case will be in recess until them; takes under consideration proposals to hold special hearing before case goes to jury in which there would be attempt to determine why Pres Nixon had personally opposed sending repts of break-in to Byrne; Atty Gen Kleindienst files affidavit opposing turn-over to defendants of 2 Govt wiretaps of participants in case; defense atty L B Boudin says that Pentagon case is 'under a moral cloud, the blackest in recent history'
